Clozer is a sales recruiting network built on verified performance. Tell us the role and we return three to five reps whose deal sizes, close rates, and quota attainment have been reviewed against commission statements, CRM exports, and employment records. Each one is graded so you can see how far it was taken.Tell us the role. In 21 days you get three to five reps whose numbers we have checked against real records.
Twelve years in sales. Three promotions. President's Club twice. None of it tells you whether they can close a $9K deal on an inbound call in eleven days, which is the only thing you need to know.
So we ask for that instead, and then we ask them to prove it. Every number on a Clozer profile carries a grade showing how far it has been taken.

They typed it in. Shown as-is, labelled as such, never presented as anything more.
Commission statements, CRM exports, or dashboards submitted and checked by a Clozer reviewer against the figure claimed.
Confirmed against an independent source: an employment record or payout history.
No checkout page. It starts with a qualification form and a twenty-minute intake call, because a search that isn't scoped properly is a search that fails in week three.
Your offer, price point, lead flow, sales cycle, comp structure, and what "good" looked like the last time you got it right. We write the spec. You approve it before anything else happens.
The network is filtered on deal size, close rate, quota attainment, lead type, industry, and availability. Every match carries an explanation of why it surfaced and what's weak about it. External sourcing happens only where the role demands it.
This is the part everyone else skips. Commission statements, CRM exports, payout history, employment records. If a claim can't be substantiated, it stays labelled self-reported, and you see that label on the shortlist rather than finding out in month two.
Three to five candidates in your workspace, each with a written screening note, the evidence trail, the gaps we found, and interview times already coordinated. You spend your time interviewing, not sourcing.
We coordinate the offer and stay on the account through ramp. If the hire doesn't work out inside 45 days, we run the search again at no charge. If we can't fill the role at all, you don't pay.
A search can fail. We would rather say up front what happens when it does than leave it in the contract for you to find.
We re-run the search at no charge. Same spec, same scope, no second fee.
If we can't deliver a shortlist that meets the spec you approved, you don't pay for the search.
Companies are verified before roles go live and compensation is confirmed. Strong candidates need legitimate opportunities, not a wall of unvetted postings.
A rep who closes $12K coaching packages on a two-call cycle is not the rep who runs a six-month enterprise procurement process. We staff to the motion, not the job title.

Inbound and outbound AEs, mid-market through enterprise, multi-stakeholder cycles.

Retainer and project sales, founder-led handoff, short cycles on warm pipeline.

High-ticket closers and setters working live inbound on one- and two-call closes.

Reps who can hold a technical conversation and sell into compliance-heavy buyers.
Job boards give you volume with no signal. LinkedIn charges you per search to do your own sourcing. Agencies take a slice of salary and take a quarter to do it.
| Key difference | Clozer Search | Job boards | LinkedIn Recruiter | Recruiting agencies |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Fee structure | Flat initiation fee, flat placement fee | Per post, plus paid boosts | Annual seat licence | 18–25% of first-year salary |
| What's verified | Deal size, close rate and quota, checked against documents | Nothing | Self-declared profile | References and background check |
| Sales-specific criteria | Built on it: ACV, cycle length, lead type, methodology | Keyword search on job titles | Title and company filters | Depends entirely on the recruiter |
| Who does the work | A Clozer search lead, end to end | You | You | A recruiter, with handoffs |
| Time to shortlist | 21 days, committed up front | You are the shortlist | However long you spend on it | Typically 60–120 days |
| If it doesn't work out | Re-run free inside 45 days, or no fee at all | Repost and pay again | Nothing | Partial credit, usually |
Revenue-generating seats where performance is measurable and a bad hire shows up in the number.
If yours isn't here, ask it on the intake call. There's no obligation attached to it.
$995 to start the search, plus a flat placement fee from $1,000 if you hire. The placement fee is set by role level, since an SDR and a VP of Sales are not the same amount of work, and it is never a percentage of salary. No hire, no placement fee. Both are confirmed in writing after the intake call.
Same talent network, same verification standard. The difference is who does the work. Self-serve means you search, filter, and run the process yourself on a subscription. Clozer Search means a search lead does all of it and hands you a shortlist. Plenty of teams start self-serve and move to Search when a role is urgent or hard to fill.
Three grades, and we always show which one applies. Self-reported means the candidate typed it in and we've labelled it as such. Evidence reviewed means they submitted a commission statement, CRM export, or dashboard and a Clozer reviewer checked it against the number claimed. Verified means an independent source confirmed it: identity documents, employment records, or payout history.
Yes, when the role requires it. We match against the network first because those candidates already have evidence on file, which is faster and more reliable. For narrow or senior roles we source externally and put those candidates through the same evidence review before they reach your shortlist.
Tell us what's wrong with it and we go again inside the same engagement. If we can't deliver a shortlist that meets the spec you approved, there's no fee. If you hire someone and they don't work out within 45 days, we re-run the search at no charge.
Twenty-one days from kickoff to shortlist is what we commit to. Senior and highly specialised roles run longer, and we'll say so on the intake call rather than after you've signed.
Search the network by deal size, close rate, and quota attainment, or post a role and get applicants in a pipeline built around sales criteria instead of résumés.
Build a profile around what you've actually sold. Submit evidence once, get surfaced to companies matching your deal size and industry.
Book a twenty-minute intake call. We'll tell you whether the search is viable before you commit to anything.
