A pool of sales people whose deal sizes, close rates, and quota attainment sit on the profile as structured fields, each one carrying a grade for how far it has been checked.
Job boards return everyone who typed "Account Executive" into a headline. This returns the ones whose numbers match the deal you actually sell.

LinkedIn Recruiter filters on job title, company, and tenure. None of those tell you whether someone can hold a $9K deal on an inbound call. These do.
Every number on a profile carries a grade. The grade tells you how hard the number was to make, not how good it looks.
She typed it in. We show it as she gave it and label it, because hiding it would be worse than showing it unproven.
She submitted the export and a reviewer opened it. The document is hers, so the number is as honest as the document.
Two sources that would have to agree with each other to be wrong together. This is the bar for verified.
Both start with a post. What you pay for is the right to make the first move.
Your role is visible to the whole network. Reps read it and request an interview with you directly. Unlimited applications, unlimited requests, and nothing further to pay however many people you hire from it.
Post a role →Filter the network on every field above, read full profiles with the evidence trail, and spend a credit to request an interview with anyone you want to talk to. Credits never expire, so what you don't use carries to the next role.
Post and invite →The questions that come up most often on the way in.
You can view profiles on any plan, including the $99 post. What the $199 tier adds is the ability to filter the pool on the performance fields and to contact people yourself rather than waiting for them to find your role.
One credit sends one interview request to one candidate. Ten come with Post & Invite and they never expire, so anything unused carries to your next role. More are $10 each.
Not today. Building a profile, submitting evidence, and requesting interviews costs a rep nothing while we build the network.
Three grades. Self-reported is what the candidate typed, labelled as such. Evidence reviewed means they submitted a commission statement, CRM export, or dashboard and a Clozer reviewer checked it against the claim. Verified means an independent source confirmed it: identity documents, employment records, or payout history.
Then the role probably needs sourcing rather than posting, which is what Clozer Search is for. Tell us on an intake call and we'll say plainly whether a search is worth running before you spend anything on one.
